Coffee farm in Costa Rica

Coffee Farm in Central Pacific Costa Rica. Located in an area known as the 'Tuscany of Central America,' the 5-acre farm rests on the San Ramon river at 1,300 meters above sea level, with over half the land devoted to arabica/obata coffee varietals. Roadwork, drainage, and home sites have been completed. Access to municipal electricity and water is available.  The farm contains multiple swimming holes, a seasonal spring, and a wide variety of fruit and hardwood trees. The revenue from the coffee harvest covers annual farm expenses.  Expats and locals live in the area; under an hour to the beach (Playa Dominical and Dominicalito). A commitment to social and environmental responsibility are required to be considered. Taxes are around $20 annually. In addition to a complete sale, under the right circumstances a shared ownership arrangement may be considered.   For U.S. based inquiries and potential showings, call or email the owners, Justen and Lara Miller, at mountain444@yahoo.com 720.771.9482.
